1 Allow Unknown Sources
Go to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources and enable it.

2 Locate APK File
Open your file manager and navigate to:
Downloads/gamespk.apk
If you can't find it, check your browser's download history.
3 Install Application
Tap on the APK file and select 'Install'.
